 * Hi,
    I have been using slideshows created by your plugin for over a year and
   it has been fine. I have now found that one of them is not rendering any frames
   and instead I see that the iframe loaded by your plugin is totally empty.
 * If I view the slideshow in the smart slider editor and click ‘preview’ then it
   shows correctly. I cannot see any problems with the slideshow in the editor and
   I have not made any changes to the slideshow that would cause this. I have cleared
   all the caches that I can find too.
 * The page that holds the slideshow is using WPbakery page builder to build the
   page and the wordpress version is 5.0.2.
 * Any help is appreciated, thanks.

 * Hi [@urasoul111](https://wordpress.org/support/users/urasoul111/)!
 * Our code can load an iframe for different reasons, like if you have AJAX loading
   on your page or we are also using an iframe to figure out what width our slider
   should have an in this 2nd case that iframe is empty, it is only there to help
   with its width and then the slider’s actual code should follow it. So I’m not
   really sure like this, but we had some issues with WPbakery page builder and
   please try out our latest build, which isn’t published yet:

   You should just go to your Plugins list, delete your current Smart Slider 3 (
   don’t worry, your sliders will stay) and install this one by uploading it: [https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#admin](https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#admin)
 * If that wouldn’t solve the problem, please send me a link to your website rather
   through this form:

   because we might need to do some deeper debugging.

 * The problem was solved via our ticket system. It was caused because of custom
   CSS codes, which messed up the slider.
