# Slideshow as background

 * I’d like to use Meteor Slides as background slideshow, so I can let a users put
   text, images, etc. on top.
    I’ve red [Dan’s question](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-meteor-slides-background-images?replies=5)
   en Josh’s replies, but I’m not savvy enough to understand. I make my own custom
   themes and know how to edit the plugin, but still that was too much. 😉 This 
   is an [example](http://www.bubbawatsongolf.com/about/) of what I hope to accomplish.(
   Takes about 15 secs for the slides to switch) Help much appreciated!

 * I’ve found a way around this – with a negative relative positioning I put another
   div on top of the slide show. So now it doesn’t have to be in the background.
   Should work.

 * You can also absolutely position the content over the slides if the content is
   part of the slides, like a [slideshow caption](http://jleuze.com/plugins/meteor-slides/customizing-the-slideshow-template/).
