 * Hi Chris,
 * First of all, awesome plugin, love it!
 * I have a small issue with the height of the slideshow forcing me to use it with
   a maximum of 1 testimonial. When I choose to show multiple testimonials with
   the slideshow it looks like the height for the largest one is calculated and
   preserved even when showing a smaller one, causing a lot of whitespace. Even
   though I have set a the content to “a specific length” , the difference in height
   can sometimes be so much it breaks the “flow” of the website. Setting the quantity
   to 1 solved this for me but obviously I would like the complete experience of
   your awesome work 😉
    Correct me if I’m wrong but can’t this be resolved with
   some clever CSS or even JS?
 * Thanks

 * Thanks, I appreciate that.
 * The plugin does set the height of the container to match the tallest “slide”.
   Without that, one of two things would happen.
 * Either the slides would overflow as in [this example](https://www.wpmission.com/reference/the-slideshow-height/)
   forcing you to manually set the container height, or if the plugin adjusted the
   height to match each slide, the elements below the slideshow would bounce up
   and down.
 * I find that bouncing very distracting and I think it breaks the flow more than
   whitespace. It’s especially bad in a sidebar with other dynamic elements and
   in a page just above the footer.
 * I’m standing my ground on this one. 🙂
 * There is no perfect solution. The best approach is to use testimonials of about
   the same length. IMO, the average visitor does not know that hovering a slideshow
   will pause it so they’re not going to be able to read the longer ones anyway.
 * I recommend making slideshows [eye-catching and easy-to-read](http://demos.wpmission.com/strong-testimonials/demo-group-2/demo-2c/)
   or [teasers linked a full page](http://demos.wpmission.com/strong-testimonials/demo-group-2/demo-2b/).

 * Alright, I understand. I had not thought about the consequences of making the
   height dynamic because in my case the slideshow is at the bottom of the page.
 * I guess the closest thing to a solution would be making the way the height static/
   dynamic a setting haha.
 * I’ll replace my slideshow with a display of 1 slide.
 * Thank you for the fast support!
