Slight changes to wordpress site

Hi,

I’m new to wordpress so please excuse the ignorance. This is my website: http://www.vibrant-sorcery.com/

I’m very happy with it but would like to make a few minor changes, hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

1. I would like to reduce the amount of space the amount of space between the underside of the pot and the black navbar. I have tried to look into the css but cannot find this margin, can you assist?

2. I would like to remove the “more videos” block from below the slider on the homepage. If i go to the theme options and change the setting to display this field to “no” then it does remove this block, but it also makes the slider stop working – and instead make all the videos feature sin the slider show up individually below each other.
