Slight issue with Woocommerce

    Hello,

    I have been using the plugin for some time, but ever since a couple of update ago a few things seem to have changed : messages send from contact form do not replace the “from” field anymore by the sender (only the default), and for Woocommerce emails (that otherwise work great), the dynamic tags are bot replaced in the title (giving something like [{site_title}] Nouvelle commande client ({order_number}) – {order_date}).
    Otherwise, in the email body, everything is fine.

    Any idea what could cause this ?

    Can you provide a more detailed explanation on how to reproduce the errors?

    Hello again,

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve tried a couple things, but didn’t keep an old version of the plugin, so I couldn’t test fully. The only thing, as far as I know, is that for some Woocommerce emails – the one that are send to the admin, aka to the default address – the title tags are not replaced. But, for example, the email sent to the customer has {site-title} replaced in the email subject…

    So I don’t really know what’s happening, to be honest. I’ve played with the cache, etc., but to no avail…

    I finally found the (very stupid) solution : the email was set to plain text in woocommerce…
