 * i cannot get my logo to be adjacent to the nav menu as is shown on the fruitful
   theme demo. how can this be done? currently i can only manage to position the
   logo above the nav menu.

 * you should either shrink your logo to a moderate size (“We recommend to use 149
   ×55 as logo size.”) or modify your header bar in theme custom settings.
