 * There is a major issue in 3.1 and lot’s of people are complaining. No reaction
   from developer

 * Yep, I’m having the same issue with HTML code showing up after hitting “SUBMIT.”
   I rolled back to 3.0.8. I won’t be moving forward until this is fixed.

 * I confirm that rolling back to 3.0.8 is a functional workaround.
    I used [WP Rollback](https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/)
   plugin for that.

 * I have the same problem. After update of wordpress and php a lot of problems,
   but no update as so far.
