Slow loading page and no admin access

Just figuring out which version I am on is a task because I’m getting a “Failed to open page” notice 4-5 times. The others it takes a minimum of 30 seconds to load. We are hosted on Go Daddy and running Woo – Canvas Theme. I have been trying to add in Slide Deck 2, but cannot get it to upload. The slider is a must because the page is for a tv show, and I need to highlight video clips.

I’m guessing from what I’ve been reading here in the forum that it’s another plugin or hosting issue. I’m attempting to deactivate plugins, but can’t get the pages to load

I have basically no HTML/CSS code knowledge whatsoever (doing this for family). I’m learning as I go, but it’s a slow process. I’ve tried to use themes/plugins that are newbie friendly and so far it’s been successful. The site looks amateurish, but as scary as it seems is slowly getting better.

Can someone please point me in a direction to try and address this issue? Obviously I’m not even sure where to start.
