# slow loading thumbnails, why?

 * I have noticed that on my site, the thumbnails tend to load slower than the actual
   images. The image size seems to be anywhere from 55kb to 150kb. The pages and
   posts with full size pics in them load pretty quick. Any thoughts? Thanks.
