Can you please confirm that you have not set the category base to be removed? You can check to ensure that the category base is kept by performing the following actions:
Go to SEO>Content Types>Taxonomies
Set ‘Category URLs (remove the categories prefix)’ to ‘Keep’
Click ‘Save Changes’

In Content Types i have not choise Category URL.
I have this choise only in Taxonomies and I have set “Keep”

Please, can you help me, how can i change setting for all post in Yoast SEO this adress www.wordpress.com/slug on this adress www.wordpress.com/%child-category%/%postname%
I try install All in SEO Pack and with this plugin is adress in snippet preview automatic set on www.wordpress.com/%child-category%/%postname% but I would like to use Yoast SEO.

Please note that the slug shown in the snippet editor serves no purpose to the search engines, it is only meant to give you an accurate representation of how your URLs will look in the SERPs.
There is a known bug where the snippet editor does not always reflect the permalink structure. However, please note that this is just a visual bug (it does not affect your SEO data and settings in any way), all of the meta tags generated by Yoast SEO will reflect the permalink structure which you have chosen.
