    Would be nice to have some option to put inline (loaded in the html) CSS
   and JS under some size.1 option for JS , 1 for css , and with setting for size
   in Kb…. so user could set css under 10Kb get inline.this reduce a lot the number
   of request , it avoid to have to big CSS file when we pack them all together ,
   and it make page load faster since many css and js are ready with html… it also
   avoid to wait too long for the big css…

    Thank you for your suggestions. It would be great if you could explore the
   idea in detail and provide the operational details. And existing example of feature
   would be great.

 * sure , easy , i tested it in another pluggin :Asset CleanUp
    this pluggin is 
   about avoiding to load JS or CSS where you dont need.But , it have this option,
   to inline CSS or JS under some weight. Personally i put 14Kb ; so most of small
   file are in html.optimised , no network access , no big CSS file,it spread the
