# Smart coupons

 * We have a problem with when a customer eg. If you buy a gift card in the plugin
   smart coupon, when you buy a $ 200 gift card, the person who receives the gift
   card will not receive the full amount from which the VAT has been deducted.
    
   Can see others having problems with it a year ago, but it has not been a problem
   until December last year. Then it just went wrong we hoped an update would fix
   the problem but that has not changed.
 * We have tried to activate the option
    Deduct credit / gift before doing tax calculations
   and Store credit discount is inclusive of tax But that didn’t fix it.

 * I understand you are having trouble with Smart Coupons. Could you please share
   a copy of your site’s System Status to understand how your site is configured?
   You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then“
   Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
