 * But when customer place and order it not working getting delivery fail.

 * Please can you let me know the messaging gateway used to send the order notifications,
   is it an SMS or WhatsApp gateway ?
 * Can you also provide your WooCommerce Status Log with the name ultimate-sms-notifications
   in it, you can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

 * By reading the log, it’s saying the default message associated with the notifications
   type is empty, can you confirm it’s well-defined ?
