 * Anyone else having issues with the SMS functionality on the ultimate version?
   Support is not responding.

 * The SMS notifications is actually a feature of the ultimate version, discussion
   of which is not allowed in these forums ([https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products)).
 * We checked and we have an ongoing email thread with you, which already has 12
   messages back and forth. And we can see that you’ve been replying directly to
   each of our messages, which seems to imply that we are indeed responding and 
   that you are getting the responses. Since it is forbidden to discuss pay plugins
   in these forums, let’s please keep the conversation in the email thread you already
   have going.
