 * No. Most SMS services will support a feature that will allow you to generate 
   a SMS by sending an email to a specific email address. I usually recommend people
   just configure the admin notifications in this plugin to go to that address to
   get a SMS generated.

 * There’s an undocumented feature in the plugin which allows you to send to multiple
   email addresses if you separate them with a comma. So the following as the admin
   notification email address should get sent to both:
 * `firstperson@example.org,secondperson@example.org`
