# SMTP authentication error

 * We recently updated our login credentials through the WP SMTP mailer and are 
   now having an issue with getting our forms to send messages. I have verified 
   that my login credentials are correct and our IT department is saying after running
   a trace they are not seeing an attempt to login. Here is the copy of the errorlog
   we are seeing when trying to send a test message:
