SMTP Error

I have my contact forms set up with Formidable Forms. I have the forms set up in a way that a confirmation email gets sent both to me and to the person contacting me. I've done a test and the only person receiving an email is me, not the person contacting me. I also noticed a new notification on my WP Mail SMTP dashboard. 

The notification says:

Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

Mailer: Other SMTP

SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Sender domain not allowed. Please read: http://dhurl.org/20b D07

 SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1

For more details please try running an Email Test or reading the latest error event.
----------------------------------

When I look into the error event log. I see that the email tests I sent all have the following error content:

Hi @illustratedbymabel,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have authenticated one email address using the WP Mail SMTP plugin, but you’re trying to send emails from a different email address.

You can only send emails using the “From Email” address that is authenticated with WP Mail SMTP.

To resolve this issue, please update your “From Email” address in the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page to match the authenticated email address. Additionally, you can enable the “Force From Email” option in the “From Email” section to ensure consistency.

Hi Darshana,

Thanks for getting back to me. However I’ve checked and the 2 forms I have on my website are both set up in order to be sent from the same email I have set up in WP Mail SMTP.

Hi @illustratedbymabel,

Thank you for the additional details! Could you please enable the “force from email” setting under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page and save the changes.

Then, try retesting your forms and let us know how it goes.
