We noticed from the screenshot that the Yoast SEO metabox appears in the sidebar column above the Publish options instead of below the content editor where it should appear.
If you changed this setting, does changing the metabox back to the default ‘advanced’ location allow the tabs to work correctly?
If this doesn’t help or you’re not sure whether there is a plugin or theme conflict with Yoast SEO, we recommend checking for conflicts.
This means deactivating all non-Yoast plugins and switching to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen. We recommend doing this on a staging site or using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
