 * Hi,
 * Our security team has bypassed some domains to allow access externally. When 
   we try to update a license for one of the plugins, we keep getting code “-1” 
   when trying to access to that domain. Normally if access denied it will show 
   401. The security team is very sure that the domain is open. So, what does “-
   1” mean? Thank you.
