I’ve created a Snowball post but all I get when I preview it or publish it is the title and featured image. The content is there if you inspect the source, but it’s not being displayed. Any ideas?

I’ve tested Snowball with the theme you’re using, TiMagazine, and the articles are showing as expected: https://imgur.com/a/F7niV

It’s possible there’s a conflict with another plugin you’re using. Can you disable the other active plugins and see if the article displays for you?

Thanks Thomas! It’s not supposed to look like that, though. It’s supposed to be full width with a hero image behind the title. This is a vanilla blog I set up to test things where it’s working:

I’ve tried that theme as well with this blog. Do you know any plugins that definitely interfere?

I’ve disabled most of the plugins and it seems to work now. No idea what was making it not work. Thanks for your help! Great plugin, by the way. I’m planning to use it with my students at City University in London (MA Journalism students).

    Hi James,

Glad you got Snowball working. Happy to hear that you’ll be using it with your journalism students — that’s been our primary target for our plugin!
