    The quality of my photos is absolutely dreadful after ‘optimising’ with the lossy option that was recommended. So disappointed and I actually paid for extra credits. So utterly disappointed.

    We are really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the quality of your photos.

    We are always available to help you understanding what’s the reason behind the bad quality of your pictures; our Lossy method doesn’t really touch the quality of them, therefore I think there has to be something else affecting that.
