# SOAP Protocol

 * Let me preface this with I am not a developer, I am just a team member at a nonprofit
   looking for advice.
 * We us the enterprise addition of Salesforce and when I attempt to activate is
   gives me an error message that this must support SOAP protocol. I have contacted
   my host provider and they have given me names of developers to contact, and the
   firm that launch our website said that we have to switch hosting providers all
   together. We use Pair Networks.
 * I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions on what would be the most 
   cost and time effective solution of this problem.
