# Socket open – Refused connection

 * Hello,
 * Looks like the 25 port of SMTP is open, and I can even connect from external 
   programs. When I do the test, It says It is opened:

 * However, when I try to connect to my server, the connection times out:
 * AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: ERROR PostmanWpMail: Exception code=0 message
   =Connection timed out
    PHP message: ERROR PostmanSendTestEmailAjaxController:
   Test Email NOT delivered to server – 0’, referer:
 * Any idea how to proceed?
