On the inventory tab of the product after publishing it, it keeps ticking the “Sold Individually” box. Are you using any plugins that modify your product creation/edit process in any way? Or any code snippet? If so, can you disable them and confirm whether the issue persists? * Maybe also a conflict with your theme. As soon as I deactivated it I was able to uncheck Sold Individually.
