Condescending and not informative. I also asked for a guide (for count up css/java what ever) that could work with your plugin and not that YOU do it for us – maybe recognize as a user’s request, as many are looking for it. And that the API does not allow a real-time query is wrong. Other plugins can do it, so why not yours? Hence the question and suggestion to change it. It’s nice that you sacrifice your free time – thanks for it – and i also work as a freelance and unencumbered for big companies to learn something, meet crazy people and have fun with it – but because I have also read other things about your Plugin and “Support-Answers”. An I think here speaks the immaturity of a human being. Too bad. * Btw: We have already found another plugin. Support was quick and helpful and is exactly how we wanted it.
