 * It’s a very solid knowledgebase plugin, so if that’s all you’re after, then it’s
   a 5 star. Their Instant Answer component is lacking some very basic things like
   the ability to collect additional information (ie. a company name). There’s also
   no chat or ticket component which I believe would put this over the top.

   features. **We will definitely work on these improvements**.
   And the Good news
   is we are already in the process of developing of **AI chatbot** in BetterDocs
   and hopefully, it will be available soon So, Could you let us know more about
   the additional information you’d like to collect? Also, how would you like the
   chat or ticket component to work?
