 * This is one of the most interesting Form builders out there. You can build a 
   huge variety of forms, collect a variety of data for a a large number of purposes(
   sign up forms, survey forms, etc.). The big drawback for me is if you are not
   a developer, you are going to have a VERY difficult time creating VIEWS of the
   data. You have to be able to write full HTML to format the data in the VIEW. 
   There are some powerful things you can do with the VIEW function, but it requires
   a higher technical skill.
 * Awesome plugin other than what I mentioned above. I bought the PRO version.
