For some websites, the transition may be easy. Ours was challenging and took 20 days, start to finish, after much troubleshooting. We’re a mid-sized organization with 20,000 supporters and hundreds of webpages, plus a store using WooPayments. That made things complex. Our website was completely down for three hours at one point and our store was down for two weeks. Part of this had to do with the loss of a team member on our end who had some knowledge about WooPayments. Also, we’re using a web contractor who’s involved but not immersed in our website. The Jetpack migration and WooPayment migrations were complex and the help-docs provided didn’t map to our view. We are on the other side now, just surprised at the time it took.
