 * I appreciate the work **@DaveOnWP** put into the Responsive Navigation Block 
   plugin. I wanted the Mobile Navigation to be a little different than the Desktop
   Navigation and tried several plugins to make it happen. They were all rather 
   frustrating. Then I tried Responsive Navigation Bock. So happy. Everything is
   working beautifully.
