 * It may happen that the fields added by Italian Add-on are intercepted by Checkout
   field editor plugin.
 * In this case, the problem usually can be solved by deactivating Italian Add-on,
   modifying the settings of Checkout field editor and then reactivating Italian
   Add-on.

 * i think the issue is because the field name contains uppercase letter is billing_PEC
   instead of billing_pec
