The text after .mp3 in the media file URL is some sort of tracking code being generated by Megaphone. There’s nothing PowerPress can do about it.

For posts that have the unwanted text after .mp3, log in to your WordPress site, go to the Post Editor for those posts, check the box under the main blog post window next to “Modify Podcast Episode.” Then, look at the media file URL and remove the junk after .mp3. Click the Update button next to the main blog post window to save the changes.

    How is the page here:
    https://mvuuf.org/worship/sermon-archive/

    generated?

Is it a WordPress Page you manually created, and just manually added links to? Or is it an archive function of your WordPress theme?

The “The News Where We Live” link links to a media file. But all of the links underneath link to individual posts on your site. If you don’t want the “The News Where We Live” link to point to a media file, can you manually edit the link in the WordPress editor to link to something else?

PowerPress itself doesn’t have any archiving features, so if that feature is included in your theme, you may need to contact the theme developer for help.

Ha, that was it…. I was just overlooking checking that box to get to where I needed to be. Thank you very much!
