After last update 0.25.3 i see on title some character as “ÎÎÎ¿Ï ÎÎ±ÏÎ¼Î±ÏÎ¬Ï, Î§Î±Î»ÎºÎ¹Î´Î¹ÎºÎ®”. Why this happens?

I join in. The problem appeared in the alt and title tags of images (language – Cyrillic, Russian). Example of photo with crooked characters at https://telefonon.ru/
