 * This is a fantastic plugin with brilliant idea.
    I am modifying some codes to
   be fit in my site and I want to share what I’ve done and ask some features for
   next update.
 * # done
    1. changing number format : my site using KRW and there should be no 
   decimal so I removed decimal. It would be nice if all number format follows the
   base currency of woocommerce in next update. 2. adding pagination to offer list
   in my account page : no pagination yes headache. I added jquery pagination manually.
 * # ask – critical
    There is no limitation for submitting an offer. An user can
   submit an offer, refresh the page, submit another offer for the same product,
   refresh the page, submit another offer for the same product ,,,,,, It would be
   huge spam… I think there should be a limitation that an user can only submit 
   an offer if the offer is new or previous offer is expired/completed.
 * I want to make that limitation but don’t know where to start..

 * The feedback is appreciated and I agree. I have added these things to our issue
   list on GitHub. We have a 1.4.7 update nearly ready, and I don’t want to delay
   it any longer than necessary, so I’ve added this stuff to the 1.4.8 update list
   that will follow it.
 * I’ll be sure to update you here when this particular issue resolved so you can
   grab the update early if you’d like to.

 * I’d like to get even a draft version first if there is an update available for
   restricting submission.
