CF7 google sheets connector PRO some fields dont update

    hello,
    the connection to my spreadsheet is working.
    the line 1 gets filled automatically with all fields in my form
    BTW i have ticked all the fields
    the connection is hence fine

    BUT

    when the form gets filled, only certain fields are updated,
    always the same are left empty

    any clue ??

    forgot to mention…

    these fields that dont get sent to my GOOGLE spreadsheet are working perfectly in the emails

    i have used some formatting such as [text* Itemnumber size:7 minlength:3 maxlength:6]

    but that should not be the issue as some unformatted fields get sent and some unforatted dont.

    Hello @l8flight

    Sorry for the trouble, but instead of raising ticket here, i suggest to email directly on website as you are using the PRO version.

    Also, based on your issue, it looks something is wrong with naming of the fields.
    Can you send me the screenshot of “Google Sheet Tab” and Google Sheet URL as well.
    To check and analyze whats wrong.
