That happens often when copy/pasting from elsewhere. The content and Advanced tabs are visible but the Style tab has no fields and just shows the ‘need help?’ link and icon. I updated the elementor plugin version and it still is not appearing. Try deactivating non-Elementor plugins or temporarily switch to another theme to see if that helps. Also check a different text editor widget instance, to make sure it’s not the content you placed in that particular widget that is affecting it.
