Some Issues with Profile Builder

I’ve sent in a pre-sales question but I did not get a reply yet.
I’ve just tested the free version and I have a few questions as follow:1. Email received to activate account after registering
– Can we change the content of this email?
– Can we change the subject of this email?2. Email received after account activation
– Can we change the content of this email?
– Can we change the subject of this email?3. Lost Password
– When a user entered the wrong username or password, there will be a message as follow:ERROR: The password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?
– Currently the link for “Lost your password?” is http://website.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword. How do I change this link to the page that contains the recover password shortcode?
4. Logout
– I have added the logout link at the account menu. We changed the logout link to redirect to the login page when we click on the logout link as http://website.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwebsite.com%2Flogin%2F
– However, after clicking on the “Logout” link, user is currently redirected to a screen with the message below. Only after user click on the second “logout” link in this page, then only he/she is redirected to the login page.You are attempting to log out of Website.com
Do you really want to log out?– How can we skip this page?
