 * Now on update the plugin disabled itself and also the form of various errors.

 * sorry for the inconvenience, can you please open the Comment fields meta from
   the `Comments -> Comment Fields` menu and try to save it once. It will fix the
   issue.

 * Even saving the options.
 * The comment form stopped working, clicking send does not send.
 * My template doesn’t use jquery in the comments or something, is it missing something

 * The plugin works normally the panel.
 * But the form has problems, it doesn’t send and also the error message keeps appearing.
