# Some problems with caching

 * Hi! I noticed a long time ago, that if I visit my website, when I am not logged-
   in as admin, then a couple elements disappear sometimes. What’s notable, is that
   these elements are added through WP Insert plugin. I tried to contact them, but
   they don’t answer. So I hope, that you can help me. Now I will explain everything
   in details:
 * There are 2 elements, that are added through WP Insert. The first one is my photo
   with a text in sidebar. There are 2 versions of it – one with text centered (
   for tablets and PCs) — [https://ibb.co/tzyg0Wy](https://ibb.co/tzyg0Wy) , and
   the second one has a smaller sized text, and it’s aligned to left (for mobile
   devices) — [https://ibb.co/3MtrJhs](https://ibb.co/3MtrJhs) . They both are placed
   on the same spot, but for different screen widths.
 * The second element has the same problem, so I don’t think it’s necessary to show
   it and to repeat myself.
 * I write to you, because clearing cache helps to solve this problem. But then 
   it reappers again. I enabled “auto-clearing cache every 10 hours” option, but
   it doesn’t help.
 * What’s interesting, is that these elements don’t disappear on every page. It 
   always depends.
 * So, is there any way how to exclude these elements from caching (text, headers,
   images, buttons with links)? Or is there any other way to solve this, so they
   don’t disappear?

 * you are using another optimization plugin. can you disable all the optimization
   plugins except wp fastest cache please?
