Hello,

I’m trying to set up the Remarketing Tag on my website, but for some reason I’m getting this error message on my tag: “Some products are not valid”.

I’m currently fetching a “Channel: Google Shopping” Feed.

Do I need to create another feed with the: “Channel: Google Remarketing – DRM” ?

If so, should I use it as another primary feed, or suplementary feed?

Hi repczuk,

To answer your questions:
It is not obliged to create a separate Google Shopping and DRM feed. The Google Shopping feed should also be fine for your remarketing.

The reason you might be getting the “some products are not valid” might be because you need to map the g:id field to your ‘product ID’ attribute. If you did not than Google cannot find the products it wants to remarket in your product feed.

Could that be the cause?

Hi Victor,

Thanks for the screenshots but I am not sure if I understand correct. On your screenshots the products look fine and approved for both Google Shopping and Dynamic remarketing?

Yes, It seems that is working on google merchant. But on the Tag, I still get this error:
