# 'Something goes wrong…' error

 * Hi Matteo,
 * I’ve started receiving this error when I select the Download button with IE or
   Chrome. Works OK with Firefox.
 * “Something goes wrong, you don’t have permission to use this page, sorry.”
 * Audios are located here

 * Hi,
    It seams that on your domain the map_download.php file is unable to read
   the cookie I set via javascript to prevent dangerous use of that page.
 * Once the user click on the download button a cookie is set and then the map_download.
   php page is called with all the parameter to stream and download the audio file.
   once the map_download.php opens the first think it does is to control that the
   cookie is present; if not it fires the error you are getting.
 * In the truth the cookie has been set but I don’t know why in your case it seams
   that it is not available via PHP.
 * If you test it on my page ([http://pupunzi.open-lab.com/mb-jquery-components/jquery-mb-miniaudioplayer](http://pupunzi.open-lab.com/mb-jquery-components/jquery-mb-miniaudioplayer)),
   clicking on the download button does the correct behavior and I’m using the same
   code you are.

 * just to let you know that this issue has been resolved.
 * The site is hosted on wpengine.com and the problem was due to their server caching.
 * To fix the problem, wpengine.com support had to exclude the path from their cache
   to ensure every visit is new and not cached (on the plugin path only).
 * Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.

 * I am having this issue on my site right now. [http://www.turningheartsministries.net](http://www.turningheartsministries.net).
   Its a membership site. Plug in has worked great for a long time, until lately
   the download feature does not work.
 * Not sure how to look into the previous thread that charlest1008 mentioned. Any
   suggestions?
