# Something interfering with REST API.

 * I just installed this plugin, but unfortunately only get the error below:
    `It
   seems like there's something interfering with your WordPress REST API. This needs
   to be fixed in order to grant access to this plugin. More info here.`
 * Any suggestions on how I can resolve this please?

 * It looks like there is some kind of plugin/configuration that is affecting the
   different WordPress REST API endpoints.
 * Unfortunately, this has to do with your site’s configuration and is out of our
   plugin’s scope, you’ll have to check with your developer to see what’s going 
   on.

    I did follow the FAQ and checked the REST
   API is working as expected.
 * Do you have any advise as to which steps I could follow to resolve this or at
   least find out what’s causing this?

 * We noticed that this issue was happening to other users too.
 * We’ve fixed it and uploaded it to version 2.0.3 of the plugin. If you upgrade
   to the latest version this issue should be resolved.

 * I believe the issue you’re seeing is because your store has been installed at
   page level, for example:
 * mydomain.com/developmentstore/
 * In order for our plugin to work, the store has to be installed at domain or subdomain
   level, like this:
 * developmentstore.mydomain.com
 * Hope this helps!
