# Something is wrong…

 * This plugin worked REALLY WELL for months, I LOVE the way it looks, I love that
   you can search by hashtag. However, for the past few weeks, every other time 
   I open my homepage, I get an error. The feed does not load, and I see a the circle
   with the loading graphics and the comment “something is wrong.” If I reload, 
   the feed populates and all is well. Any help would be appreciated.

 * My plugin on all my sites are doing the same thing. I’m getting an error message
   that says: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404(
   Not Found). I even uninstalled and reinstalled to get a new token ID. What next?

 * Please be informed that the reason of the issue may be the extensions, because
   of that we are not seeing the issue. Could you please turn them off and try?
   
   Also could you please specify which particular browser are you checking with?
