    Hello,

After installing and activating the Specific Content For Mobile-plugin I created a mobile version of my earlier mobile version of my regular web site – and published it. But when writing my domain on my mobile for testing I still come to my regular website. Is there any settings I have to do make it right? Have temporary deactivated the plugin and unpublished the new mobile version to not interfere with the ongoing indexing process by Google. Have had big problems with mobile redirection mobile plugins, so I have thought this plugin would be a good solution.

    Kind Regards,

    Stig E.

Addition to my question above. Have heard that cache-plugins are not compatible with the Specific Content to Mobile-plugin, and can be the reason for my problem. Is that correct? I have W3 Total Cache-plugin activated. Unfortunately AMP intefere with WPForms. Are there any other free Cache-plugin that works with the Specific Content For Mobile-plugin?

Still waiting for the support – I’m a newbee on web-building.

Have activated the Specific Content For Mobile-plugin and published again, but still my regular webpage opens up when I write my domain without any slug on mobile.

Want to add that there is no more any cache- or AMP-plugin installed.

Sorry, I’ve read in the articles but I am thus a newbee and understand very little. Maybe I have misunderstood the information before. Is the plugin not meant for potential visitors/customers of a mobile web page?

    Hi @stig59

yes, this plugin is for visitors of mobile pages.

Please, even if you are a newbee, try to understand this post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-it-works-49/. I would not able to explain it with easier words.

Almost always, the users of Specific Content For Mobile have problems with the cache. The caching system has to serve a different cache for mobile.
If you have doubts, share the URL of the page where you are trying to have different content for mobile.

    Best regards

    Jose

Thanks for replying. Understand you cannot explain in easier words, but my knowledge is unfortunately almost zero. Yes, I share the URL:s below and can add that I first tried with the automatic slug mobile-mobile for the new mobilepage without success – and changed if the issue depended on that slug.

    https://changeinlifecoaching.online (my regular webpage)

    https://changeinlifecoaching.online/mobile/ (my earlier mobilepage)

    https://changeinlifecoaching.online/scfm/ (the new mobilepage)

    Hello again Jose!

I’m very grateful for your help and ready giving you all you need to solve so the new mobilepage will be shown when entering only my domain on mobiles.

My website is thus really simple so I believe it will be easy for you.

Can mention that I have the following plugins activated right now: Backuply, Easy WP SMTP, Elementor, Really Simple SSL, Specific Content for Mobile, Wordfence Security, WPForms Lite och Yoast SEO.

    Kind Regards,

    Stig
