• I keep hearing reports that the forms from some people return an error response of “Something went wrong” and the form doesn’t work. Because I am not sure how many times this occurs, I fear that we are losing clients as a result! I need a data collector that I can trust to work 100% of the time!

    But, a great matter of sorrow that you have rated our plugin as one star without consulting us further which is not expected. I am expecting that you will change the rating after getting the solution.

    I apologize for not responding sooner. I keep a very busy schedule. I run a small company that relies on new clients to prosper. One of the main ways that we develop new clients is the contact form on our website. The web designer that created our current page installed a free version of Metform that worked well for a while but then we began to hear reports from potential clients that the form would not submit. We spent a long time trying to troubleshoot the situation which ultimately led us to install the paid version of the plugin. It’s been running well for about a week – as far as we can tell. 

    I don’t mind paying for tech that works and I admit that we should have been doing this from the start. The review is based on my experience with the free version which ultimately was unsatisfactory. I’m happy to adjust my review after a sufficient length of time of performance as expected with the paid version. 

    I’m not sure how many times that you’ve emailed me about changing my review but let’s make this the last time for this year. I would welcome a reminder for next year and, if we have not moved to an alternative form, I’ll post a much better rating for this plugin.
