I built the site. We cannot process any transactions, not even Sandbox. When I set it up last week, it was troublesome, but I finally got it to work. Now, it never works. No live purchases, no sandbox purchases, I double-checked Paypal settings under Website Payments Encrypted is OFF, I disabled all plugins and tested, I’ve tried enabling and disabling Standard Paypal Checkout, I’ve made sure our Live ID and secret are correct as well as our Sandbox ID and Secret. * All themes, plugins and WP are up to date (WP 5.5.1). Also clear any cache in your site if you have a cache plugin installed and also disable the cache plugin. Then carry out a test, make sure you enable Debug option. Can you disable this feature and only carry out live mode. Then carry out a test. It just stopped working. It was disabled during all testing, but I’m fairly certain it was not there before I installed your plugin and implemented Paypal. Could it be the issue, even when disabled? * Other than that, I do not believe anything else has changed. The smart checkout option requires correct API permissions for it to work. Without having access to the merchant account, we can only guess what permission is missing in that account. So I know that this answer is not the best. * Just for a test, turn off the smart checkout option (in the settings menu of the plugin). Keep only the standard checkout.
