 * Hi,
 * I am using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and I noticed that when I activate the 
   cache option for authenticated (logged in) users, my users can’t log in from 
   the SupportCandy login page and they get the cryptic message **_“Something went
   wrong!”_**. However, the users are able to login from the default WordPress login
   page.
 * I couldn’t find any related posts here so I decided to post this. Can anyone 
   confirm this with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin or other cache plugins for Apache/
   Ngnix?
 * The fix is very simple. You just have to disable cache for authenticated (logged
   in) users.

   the helpdesk pages from your website’s caching mechanism.

   cache do you use?
 * I use LiteSpeed Cache. To exclude your ticket page from caching in LiteSpeed:
 * `LiteSpeed Cache Settings -> Excludes -> Do Not Cache URIs -> ^/your-ticket-page/`
