Something went wrong message

    Customers keep receiving the error message “something went wrong” when they make a new form submission, however we are receiving the submission details just fine. I have downloaded WP SMTP plugin and configured it

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I understand the issue you are having with. In spite of receiving the submission details, you are getting the “something went wrong ” message then the issue may happen due to cache. Please clear the cache from your site. If any cache plugin is being used at your site then keep them disabled for some time.

    Please check If there are any strict caching policies like Object Cache is enabled, kindly try disabling that too.
