# Something went wrong while retrieving profiles list

 * I am using version 4.4.3 of Google Analytics Dashboard for WP. I received the
   following message: Something went wrong while retrieving profiles list. When 
   I do the Errors and Debug, there is no problem. I had deactivated all the other
   plugins and then reactivated the Analytics Dashboard, but I still get the same
   message. Any assistance would be appreciated.

 * Clear the authorization and authorize again.
 * If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you’re logged into the right 
   Google account before authorizing.
