# Something wrong

 * Hello,
 * There are several problems I’ve met. I use the default shortcode [gs_book_showcase
   theme=”gs_book_theme1″].
 * First is that the book page does not show, e.g., after adding a book, a permanent
   link is created domain.com/archives/books/book-2, but when I click there, I get
   the message Page not found. The same thing when I click on Details while hovering
   on the book’s picture, the destination is Page not found, so there is no way 
   to read the whole excerpt.
 * Second, when I choose a square cover picture, then only the upper part of information
   appears during the hover, while there’s no way to read the lower part, e.g, publisher,
   URL, etc.

 * After installing Books Showcase plugin, add new page & insert the shortcode [
   gs_book_showcase theme=”gs_book_theme1″]
 * domain.com/archives/books/book-2
    Please check permalink structure you saved 
   at Settings > Permalink Settings
 * Suppose you created a page named books & added shortcode. Now you want the permalink
   will be domain.com/books then you have to set Settings > Permalink Settings >
   Post name permalink structure.
    Just “Save Changes” at permalink structure will
   not show any error. It’s not the plugin error, it’s WP url flush issue.
 * Second issue, I’m not sure what size book image you added.
    At Faq I mentioned,
   What will be Book image dimension? Recommended image size 600px X 900px for perfect
   view on various devices.
 * Again, it’s not the plugin problem, just you need to add the large size image.
 * If needed, I can setup the plugin to your site.

 * You’re right. I use numeric permalink, and, haven’t changed anything, but today
   the book details permalinks are working. That’s a good news, but the problem 
   is it only shows a plain text, no cover, no descriptive information as are in
   the demo.
 * About the pictures, I used 1000×1000 px dimension and 1672 × 1061 ones. As I 
   understand, the plugin needs only longitudinal square pictures of at least 600
   ×900?
 * I gave the rating because it didn’t work, sure I will change it.

 * As you are using large image then definitely shows other info.
    May be css issue
   with your theme. I can send you custom css if needed but before I need to check.

 * This is not a big issue Golam, I can use your recommended picture size. But can
   you please explain how to make the book’s detail pages look close to the demo?
   Now it is only plain text.

 * Single Book Template is not included with free version.
    So it’ll look like your
   current theme’s single post style.
