    With that in mind, there could have been a temporary network slow-down anywhere between your and our servers, which would unfortunately not be reflected on our or your end.

    When/if this happens again, it’s helpful to run a traceroute command from your server(s) to any of the IP addresses listed in this page, and reach out to us with the results at https://akismet.com/contact/, where we’ll be happy to look into the details. Our network and sys admins have a great track record of reaching out to other network operators at the source of the issue(s), and get it/them resolved.
